She combines gentle, low-force adjusting techniques with specific exercises and stretches along with Active Release Technique (ART™), Nimmo Trigger Point and Kinesio Taping modalities to guide her patients toward building healthier lives through chiropractic care. While her initial goal is symptom relief, she puts emphasis on stabilization and prevention.
